It was at that point the Rams expected to dig profound and get once more into the game.
Stafford drove the Rams on a 11-play, 70-yard drive that finished with a Kyren Williams score to chop the shortfall down to seven places. Rams kicker Joshua Karty added a 26-yard field objective and afterward Stafford tracked down Cooper Kupp for a 9-yard score.
In the Lions’ last drive, Goff got Detroit back to inside field-objective reach and Jake Bates hit a 32-yarder to tie the game. It was 20-20 when the game went into additional time.
Williams wrapped up with five gets for 121 yards.
Stafford had a fabulous game for the Rams. He appeared something else for Los Angeles in the final part than he did in the main half. He finished the game with 317 passing yards, a score pass and an interference.
The Rams’ offense was harmed from the get-go in the game when Puka Nacua left the game with a knee injury. He didn’t return.

Kupp needed to move forward in his nonattendance. He had 14 gets on 21 focuses for 110 yards and a score. Tyler Johnson had five gets for 79 yards.
